Refund Policy

Toket provides digital software and AI productivity workspace services. Please read this policy before purchasing a subscription or plan.

1. Digital products — no unconditional refunds

Because Toket delivers digital products and instant access to online services, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted. We do not offer no-reason refunds for change of mind, unused Workspace Usage, or partial subscription periods.

2. Duplicate charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order or subscription period due to a billing error, contact us with your receipt and account email. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Service outages

If a confirmed system failure prevents you from using paid features for an extended period, contact our support team. We may offer a service extension, credit toward Workspace Usage, or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

4. How to request help

Email support@toket.com.cn with:

· Your account email
· Order or transaction ID (if available)
· A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 3 business days.
